Welcome to Emersyn Park! As a current resident, please create a new account in our resident portal by December 1st. Pay rent as you normally would — late fees will apply after the deadline. All residents have been notified of this transition well in advance. Your existing lease terms remain unchanged under our new management.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit maintenance requests through our online maintenance request form. Simply provide your unit number, contact information, and describe the issue. We do our best to respond to all maintenance requests ASAP and all requests move to the top of our inbox for urgent service. For true emergencies, please dial 911.
What utilities are included in rent?
Your rent at Emersyn Park includes water and sewer services, trash pickup, and bi-weekly professional pest control. Residents are responsible for electric and optional cable/internet services. This is a great value compared to other Kingsport apartments!
